ALUR is a contemporary urban artist born in Porto, Portugal.
The artistic journey began, like many others, with comic books, which sparked a deep love for drawing during his adolescence.
The first steps into the art world were rooted in Graffiti, around 2003 , a passion pursued in a completely self-taught manner. Immersed in the Urban culture, started as a "Graffiti Writer", developing the skills with Spray paint, mastering Lettering techniques and refining his own style.
Over time, the artistic vision expanded beyond traditional Letters, merging Street Art with deeper themes that blend nature, futurism, and raw human expression.
His work stands at the intersection of technology and organic elements, creating a visual language that speaks to both ancestral roots and the digital future.
Today, Alur continues using diverse mediums and surfaces, from large-scale murals to unconventional Street interventions. His work captivates audiences by transforming everyday urban landscapes into thought-provoking experiences, making art accessible to all.
He also has his own studio in Sintra, Portugal, where currently works on the entire creative process.
